Little Rights is an imprint of Shoaib Media.
Shoaib Media carries the name of founder Bisma Shoaib's late father. His name means the one who shows the right path. He believed that the best thing you can give a child is not protection from the world but the means to stand in it. Education. Independence. A calm and rooted sense of being your own. Bisma built this business in his name on purpose, so that the values he lived by would keep showing children the path.

Little Rights is a women-owned, women-led, multi-modal children's media company. We build stories that teach children the skills they need to grow up in a digital world. More than that, we are building a movement to empower children with digital literacy, to help them develop their own agency, and to cultivate their critical thinking and social-emotional skills.
At a time when many adults feel anxious or overwhelmed by a rapidly changing world, we want to offer guidance. Our logo, a mother duck and her duckling, reflects this multi-generational learning.
White call ducks may be one of the littlest species, but they are highly curious and social. Protective and dedicated parents, they are more capable of flight than many other domestic species. We provide children with the foundations of digital citizenship so they, too, can take flight.
Our first book, Millie's Magic Diary, launches this autumn. It teaches children eight rights over their private information, modeled on real privacy laws. Follow our journey and be the first to know when Millie's Magic Diary is available!
